How Onboarding Works
We believe in planning for success. Our onboarding typically takes a few weeks so we can establish workflow, quality procedures, and ensure production starts with clear expectations.
Once everything is agreed upon (scope, pricing, timeline), we move into onboarding — defining work instructions, setting up equipment/tools, training staff, and confirming quality checkpoints — then your product line moves smoothly into production.
