We operate a fleet of Essemtec pick-and-place machines, capable of placing a wide variety of components with micron-level accuracy and fast changeover times — ideal for both short-run and production-scale jobs. For fine-pitch components and ultra-miniature packages, our Yamaha precision screen printer ensures exact solder paste deposition, even on the smallest pads.
To guarantee perfect soldering, we employ vapor phase reflow technology, providing even heat distribution without thermal overshoot — critical for modern high-density assemblies and mixed-technology boards.
